Site Plan

I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving break. I didn't do a whole lot...it was fantastic. So now back to work!
Okay. So here is a jpeg of the group site plan that I've been working on. The trees are in the correct position, according to Lucas' cad file, but I guessed on the canopies.

On courses there are two versions of the newest site plan named "Site Plan 112909", one Illustrator file and another AutoCAD file.
What I need everybody to do is to COPY which ever filetype you want to work with, rename it (with your name), and drop it into the folder "Individual Files."
Then put your own project into the site plan and save it.
It doesn't have to be perfect because I am going to compile them into one drawing.
Please do this ASAP so we can have it ready by class on Tuesday.

Also does anybody know what day the installation/reception is going to be?

Here are some photos of the site with our proposed project photoshopped into the trees. The width of many of the strips in the photos are fairly arbitrary. For the final installation, the strip will be 36 inches wide and run about 50 yards long. The strip will run anywhere between 9 feet and 1 foot off the ground. It will be dyed with multiple layers of RIT dye, the colors being a combination of dark green, brown, and wine. We'll probably grind some leaves/grass/dirt into the fabric as well.

We are also developing joint details, we plan on anchoring into the boulders with structural steel. i plan on renting a hammer drill from home depot.

Now I need to go to Shapiro. Does anybody want to go with me? Or is there anybody willing to go with me?
